SOLMARTOUR is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the data provided by clients for the purchasing of tourism services, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its provisions.
Each client will be asked give their consent to receive emails containing news, surveys and other tourism-related information, produced by SOLMARTOUR.
Once the tourism service purchased has been provided, each client will be asked to give their consent for SOLMARTOUR to publish their comments, photos and videos on the company’s website and/or social media accounts.
SOLMARTOUR guarantees that any personal data provided will not be used, shared, sold, leased, transferred or ceded under any circumstances, and that the sole purpose is to maintain communication with the user.
