  • Filing a complaint does not prevent clients from pursuing other dispute resolution procedures, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
  • SOLMARTOUR undertakes to respond to any complaint within a period of no more than 15 (fifteen) business days.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

  1. SOLMARTOUR is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the data provided by clients for the purchasing of tourism services, in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its provisions.
  2. Each client will be asked give their consent to receive emails containing
    news, surveys and other tourism-related information, produced by SOLMARTOUR.
  3. Once the tourism service purchased has been provided, each client will be asked to give their consent for SOLMARTOUR to publish their comments, photos and videos on the company’s website and/or social media accounts.
  4. SOLMARTOUR guarantees that any personal data provided will not be used, shared, sold, leased, transferred or ceded under any circumstances, and that the sole purpose is to maintain communication with the user.
